Java Applications

Here is a set of compatible java apps for W395. All these are tested in my phone. (Go to getjar.com for more applications). This phone has good java support. Download zip file here.

Description of Java applications;
1. DilNo - Create notes, diary, etc


2. Facewarp - Take a photo and make your friends crazy!
After installation, go to options/advanced/security and select 'Ask once' for MULTIMEDIA.
If this potion is not found, then select the lowermost option for autostart, local connectivity, messaging and go back and use the application once. Exit and go to security again; Ask once option must be there for multimedia.
After setting this, it asks permission tto capture photo only the first time. You may take a rough photo first,
then go to menu/New.


3. Freesecure wallet - Keep login info or other personal data, locked under a password



4. Days2day - Count between dates and more..



5. Dictionary v2.6 - The basic dictionary. No need of internet connection.



6. Doc viewer - Opens MS word documents kept in your phone




7. Filelocker - Makes your private files unaccessible. The program is password protected.
However the files may be recovered, if connected to a computer. It only alters file extension, no encryption.




8. Getjar Apps - get lots of java apps compatible for W395, directly(internet required)




9. Mini notepad - easy notes creator




10. Notehax - easy notes creator




11. Opera mini 2.05- It is unofficial version of operamini. But lot more featured than the official version!

Support tabbed browsing, screen rotate, has a powerful filemanager which can open text files and ZOOM IMAGES.
Try it!!! (internet required)
To get the official version operamini 3.1, go to operamini.com from the phone browser and click on the link;
"...if this version fails to...install a previous version, click here..."



12. PDF viewer - can open pdf documents UPTO 300kb, without registration/purchase.




13. Yong reader - Read text files saved in your phone. Menu/open/E:/




14. Periodic table - Chemistry periodic table of elements, their propetrties...




15. Anyview - A very good reader- can open txt, html, jpeg, gif and png. There are many features for the text(ebook)reader like screen rotate, auto scroll, font size, search, zip reading and more.. Also it has a powerful file manager
Access password can be set from menu/setup/system. TO CHANGE LANGUAGE GO TO MENU-4-3
